Greenberg Traurig Represented REDKOM Development in the Sale of the Glinianka Retail Centre near Warsaw

WARSAW - 16 April 2024 - Greenberg Traurig represented REDKOM Development in the sale of 100% of shares in the company holding the retail complex Park Handlowy Glinianka located near Warsaw to CEE-BIG Europe.

Park Handlowy Glinianka was recognised in the 2023 European Property Awards, winning in the Retail Development Poland category and was also nominated for a European award in the Architecture Landscape category, receiving 5 stars for its unique green leisure and recreation area.

The Greenberg Traurig team was led by Senior Associate Agnieszka Gul-Czajkowska supported by Associate Tomasz Drzewiecki and Przemysław Susoł, who were supervised by Counsel Karol Lewandowski.
