Amendment to Executive Order on temporary procedure for meeting obligations to certain foreign creditors

The amendment concerns the transfer of funds from type C accounts in the event of bankruptcy of banks and securities market participants. According to the amendment, such funds are transferred to a similar organisation designated by the Central Bank.

The amendments come into force on the day of publication and will remain in effect until corresponding changes are made to the Russian Federation legislation on the securities market and insolvency (bankruptcy).
