Police looking for assistance identifying robbery suspect

The Edmonton Police Service (EPS) is seeking the public's assistance identifying a suspect in a liquor store robbery that took place last month.

On Wednesday, March 20, 2024, at approximately 7:30 p.m., two males entered a liquor store in the Bonnie Doon area, assaulted an employee and stole several bottles of alcohol. Both suspects then left the store on foot.

One of the males, Robert Quintal Chalifoux, 23, has since been arrested and is facing charges of robbery and wearing a disguise while committing an indictable offence.

Police continue to actively search for the second male and are hopeful that someone may be able to identify him.

The suspect is described as 6'1" tall and weighs approximately 200 lbs. He has brown hair and brown eyes and a noticeable tattoo on the top of his left hand.
