Davis Polk shortlisted for “Secondaries Law Firm of the Year in the Americas” by PEI

Private Equity International has named Davis Polk among the finalists for "Secondaries Law Firm of the Year in the Americas" as part of the publication's annual awards. The awards recognize the firms and institutions that constantly innovated and pushed the status quo in the face of demanding economic pressures. Davis Polk was shortlisted in part due to our involvement on several complex transactions, including advising TorQuest Partners for a single-asset GP-led deal worth more than $300 million.

Winners will be announced on March 1, 2023.
