The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) invites the public to attend a live virtual public meeting on Wednesday, March 27, for the upcoming project to reconstruct the Belmont Avenue and St. Asaphs Road Intersection from a signalized intersection to a two-lane roundabout in Lower Merion Township, Montgomery County.
