Baker McKenzie legal advisor to ABG Sundal Collier and Swedbank in Logistea's primary issuance of shares (ABB) of approximately SEK 250 million
Logistea AB (publ) has carried out a primary issuance of shares of series B of approximately SEK 250 million. The subscription price was determined through an accelerated book-building procedure. A number of Swedish and international institutional investors participated in the transaction.
Logistea is a Swedish real estate company focusing on warehousing, logistic and light industrial properties. The Company's shares are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
ABG Sundal Collier and Swedbank acted as Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners. Baker McKenzie acted as legal advisor to the banks with a capital markets team consisting of Joakim Falkner, Monica Ericson and Sophie Gidlund.
