Early Voting for May 4 Election begins April 22

Early voting for the May 4 city of Burleson General Election begins Monday, April 22. This year's race includes council places 1, 3 and 5.

In council place 1, incumbent Victoria Johnson is challenged by Steve McAnally. Council place 3, left open by incumbent Ronnie Johnson's decision not to run, has two candidates: Alex Boedecker and Brandon Crisp. Incumbent Dan McClendon runs unopposed for council place 5.

All voting will take place at Burleson Sub-Courthouse, 247 Elk Drive, Room 212, Burleson.

Early voting hours are as follows:

• Monday, April 22 - Friday, April 26: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
• Saturday, April 27: 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
• Monday, April 29 - Tuesday, April 30: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Election Day

Saturday, May 4 from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
