The first leg of the cycle tour is from Mulderdrift to Parys and will conclude on 10 March 2023 when the cyclists reach Cape Town.

This annual event is spearheaded by Matla a Bana (a non-government organisation) in partnership with Business Leadership South Africa, SAPS and various other stakeholders.

The cycle tour also entails a National School Safety Programme whereby various schools will be visited enroute to Cape Town.

This morning, learners of Muldersdrift Primary School were delighted to a School Safety programme aimed at raising their level of awareness on various topics that include sexual offences, bullying and cyber related crime.
