GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum Names Rori Malech Among 2024 Women of Influence

Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP partner Rori Malech was named a 2024 Woman of Influence in the CRE Legal Counsel category by GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum. This annual list spotlights accomplished and impactful women leaders who have "personally impacted the market and have significantly driven the industry to new heights via their outstanding successes."

As counsel to clients in the real estate and hospitality industries, Ms. Malech represents local and national developers, REITs, institutional equity investors, institutional and non-institutional lenders, and hotel owners and operators with their commercial real estate development and finance transactions. These transactions involve a variety of asset types, including mixed-use development, office, retail, hotel, condominium, multifamily and residential and commercial property. Ms. Malech regularly speaks on panels with respect to the hospitality market, as well as preferred equity and other finance transactions.

Ms. Malech will be highlighted in a feature article on the GlobeSt.com Women of Influence Content Hub, as well as in GlobeSt.'s monthly email newsletter. Additionally, she is a finalist for their Woman of the Year honor for the CRE Legal Counsel category, which will be awarded at their fifth annual GlobeSt. Women of Influence Conference on July 23.
