Special window at the Ljubljana Administrative Unit for international students at UL will reopen in February

In order to facilitate the start of the new academic semester,the University of Ljubljana (UL), in cooperation with the Ljubljana Administrative Unit (UE Ljubljana),is re-opening a special counter for international students of the UL. At the counter, they will be able to arrange all the necessary documentation for obtaining and renewing a residence permit. The counter will be open at UE Ljubljana (Tobačna 5, Lobby F, entrance from the car park) from 12 to 23 February 2024.

Foreign researchers and international students make an important contribution to the development of the country's research potential. Universities and research institutes have stepped up their internationalisation activities in recent years, which is reflected in the large increase in the number of foreign researchers and international students.

From12 to 23 February 2024, a special counter at UE Ljubljana (Tobačna 5, Lobby F, entrance from the car park) will be open from 10.00 to 14.00 Monday to Thursday and from 9.00 to 12.00 on Fridays. No appointment is necessary.

International Student Ambassadors will be available to assist and advise students. Students are expected to have the application form and all the necessary documentation already filled in.
