Subject: Internal Staff Promotions!

Sustainable Staffing, Inc. announces promotions of internal staff members. Two recent promotions are in line with continued business growth, and the company's reputation for recognizing and valuing internal talent and performance. Of her approach to recognizing internal talent, owner Mary McBride has been quoted saying "Sustainability isn't just an inspiration for our name, but is core to everything from how we set up and run our office, to our everyday practices.".

Trinity May, after joining the company August of 202o in the role of recruiter, she was promoted to Account Manager, and then promoted again in September 2021 to the role of Corporate Trainer. Says May, "Sustainable Staffing is a small company with a BIG heart. We thrive to place our candidates in positions that fit their needs and skill set. I really love helping people and seeing them reach their goals."

When asked about her most recent promotion, Trinity responded, "This promotion is in-line with [my] personal goals. I look forward to teaching new employees and helping them to become the best they can in their new roles, as well as continuing to push myself to continue to learn and grow." Trinity isn't the only staff member enjoying success.

Alex Olmos joined Sustainable Staffing's McHenry IL office in September of 2021 in the role of Account Manager. In less than two months, Alex has been promoted to Branch Manager of our Harvard, IL office. Alex's rapid promotion is attributed to learning Sustainable's internal processes quickly and efficiently, as well as possessing a career history in retail operations management.

When asked about his early success with the company, Alex reports that he's learned, "That we are Sustainable!!! In this short time period I have learned that we are just not another temp agency, we are the people who support and represent our candidates, not only with pride but with honor and passion as well." When asked about what he loves most about working at Sustainable Alex says, "Honestly the people I work with. Is just amazing to come to work everyday and know that it will be a different day than yesterday, is what excited me to come on time to work.".

We asked Alex why he decided to accept the promotion. "The Huge Pay Increase! Just Kidding. It was just the encouragement of you- Peter, Trinity, Wali, and especially Mary. You guys have the experience and the knowledge that encourages wanting to be better and perform better every day.".

We also asked what accomplishments Alex is looking forward to for the Harvard office. "My main goal is to take the Harvard office to the next level in the company, with all the amazing potential we have in the community and county, which community, people and staff will be my main focus and priority in my role."

Mr. Almos also offered, "One last thing, I just want to publicly thank Mary McBride for believing in me, for her trust in me, for her encouragement and primarily for being the AMAZING WOMAN she is.".
