Commerce Bank named to Forbes’ America’s Best Midsize Employer list for seventh year in a row

TULSA, Okla. -- Matt Rodgers, vice president and team lead for Commerce Bank, was recently named to Journal Record's "Achievers Under 40" list.

Rodgers leads a team responsible for business development and relationship management across all industries in the Tulsa metro area. He is devoted to building and sustaining meaningful relationships with business owners and leaders while providing guidance on commercial loans.

A graduate of Leadership Tulsa and the Leadership and Reputation Academy, Rodgers has volunteered for a host of non-profit organizations including Community Service Council, Junior Achievement, Reading Partners, the Tulsa Area United Way and Ability Resources, where he serves on multiple committees as well as the Board of Directors, and has been elected by his peers to serve as the next president of the Board.

"Matt has established himself as a culture leader at Commerce Bank and as a community leader in Tulsa," said Shannon O'Doherty, CEO, Commerce Bank - Oklahoma. "He is not only a trusted advisor who delivers tailored solutions that meet his clients' financial needs, his work outside of our company in the broader community is most admirable."

Rodgers, along with the other "Achievers Under 40" honorees, will be recognized at a program on May 16.
