Florida Correctional Officer Arrested
RAIFORD, Fla. - The Florida Department of Corrections' (FDC) Office of the Inspector General (OIG) announced the arrest of former correctional officer Vicol Neagu. Neagu is charged with felony battery and malicious battery on an inmate.
