Online applications for 2024 Spring (March 1-July 31st) has re-opened. Please only apply for dates within the Spring season which ends July 31st. Even if your request has been approved in the system, DO NOT use the field if you have not submitted insurance which meets our requirements of: one million general, two million aggregate with The City of Frederick / 101 N Court Street / Frederick / MD / 21701 listed as certificate holder AND additional insured. Be sure to keep all parties in your league/group apprised of the fields and times of your reservations. Please have a copy of your approved reservations onsite with you for confirmation. Applying and paying the deposit does NOT GUARANTEE the assignment. If you apply and pay a deposit and are not assigned that field/time, then the account will be refunded any deposit paid.
