BakerHostetler represents Clements Worldwide in acquisition by Arthur J. Gallagher & Co.

A BakerHostetler deal team led by Partners Tony Roehl and Lori Bibb and Associates Jennifer Lee and John Martin counseled Clements Worldwide in its sale to Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., announced on Oct. 17.

Clements Worldwide is an international insurance broker providing products and services for expats, diplomats and military personnel as well as commercial solutions for nonprofits, contractors, embassies and schools. It is based in Washington, D.C., and also operates out of London, Gibraltar and Dubai. Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. is a global insurance brokerage, risk management and consulting services firm that offers its services in approximately 130 countries.

BakerHostetler drew on the depth and breadth of more than a dozen attorneys' subject matter expertise to help achieve this strategic milestone for Clements Worldwide. The team included Partners Brian Harris, Thomas Hogan, John Lehrer, Stefan Smith and Theresa Weisenberger; Counsel Nicholas Mowbray; and Associates Megan Canning, Jenna Corcoran, Griffin Davis, Hillary Freesmeier, Charleston Morford and Jessica Pekins.
