New Kensington, PA - Allegheny Health Network's (AHN) Allegheny Valley Hospital (AVH) today will hold a ribbon cutting to officially reopen the New Kensington Outpatient Center at its new location in Kensington Square.
"After an exhaustive search and assessment of available sites in the New Kensington area, we believe we have found an ideal new community location for the outpatient diagnostic programs we offer that is convenient and accessible for our patients," said Dr. Vicenta Gaspar-Yoo, president of AVH. "We're excited to welcome our patients to the beautiful new Center."
Previously located at the former Citizen's General Hospital campus, the New Kensington Outpatient Center will offer laboratory services and a complement of imaging modalities, including general radiology, EKG, echocardiogram and ultrasound.
Hours of operation will be Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on Saturday, with lab services only provided from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.
