Renovated White Dagoba Area Promotes Business and Benefits Residents

The recently opened White Dagoba Academy, a bookstore that is the closest to the White Dagoba Temple, has attracted the attention of the media and citizens. It is not only a space for reading and leisure, but also provides supporting services such as business meetings and catering for enterprises in Beijing Financial Street. In the future, the bookstore will also select high-quality cultural brands and collaborate with them to launch a series of intangible cultural heritage-based experiential activities such as tea ceremonies, calligraphy and painting gatherings, seal carving themed activities, etc.

The White Dagoba - Gongmenkou East Street - Gongmenkou West Street area introduced 11 first stores in 2023. Among them, one stands as Beijing's first, with the remaining 10 as the first store for Xicheng District. The whole area now boasts over 50 restaurants offering Chinese and Western delicacies, attracting a steady stream of consumers. This year, besides the "White Dagoba Academy", there will also be many new stores that are eagerly anticipated, such as a Chinese-style sweet soup and dessert shop.
