Willkie represented Invesco Senior Secured Management, Inc. in its support of One Equity Partners' carve-out acquisition of Associated Spring, an engineered spring and precision components manufacturer, from global industrial technology and aerospace manufacturer Barnes Group Inc. (NYSE: B).
Associated Spring is a leading manufacturer of custom parts, including engineered springs and high precision metal components, as well as stamped manufactured solutions and assemblies for industrial, medical and automotive applications.
The Willkie team was led by partners Bradley Laken and Jacob Schtevie and included partner Morgan McDevitt and associates Lee Henderson, Camille Massé-Pfister, Adam Lorenzana and Steven Mikel.
