Research Team of School of International Studies Won 2022 CTTI Annual Think Tank Achievement Award

The results of the 2022 Chinese Think Tank Index (CTTI) Annual Think Tank Achievement Award were released lately. The first volume of the National Think Tank Report, National Academy of Development and Strategy of RUC·"Belt and Road" Country Studies Series has won a special award. Liu Yuanchun, former Vice President of Renmin University of China (RUC) and President of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, served as the chief editor. Xu Qinhua, professor of School of International Studies, RUC, served as the executive editor. A number of outstanding teachers and graduates of RUC are involved in the book writing and relevant researches.

The book includes a green development report, investment-friendly index, energy investment index research, as well as regional and country studies of BRI countries such as Russia, India, Vietnam, Georgia, Sri Lanka, etc. Through a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods, it analyzes a series of major achievements of BRI projects and provides solutions and reference to a number of practical problems widely discussed by governments, universities, think tanks, research institutes, enterprises, business communities, and media.

The influence of the series has been huge since its publication. It has built a bridge of academic connectivity to promote exchanges and mutual learning among the B&R countries.
