JLL appoints Kevin Williams as Head of Project and Development Services in the UK & Ireland

LONDON, Mar. 27, 2024 - JLL has announced the appointment of Kevin Williams as Head of Project and Development Services (PDS) in the UK and Ireland. The appointment comes as part of JLL's effort to streamline its operations under a globalised operating model to drive collaboration, consistency of service delivery, and sharing of opportunities across the region.

Kevin joins from AtkinsRealis where he held various leadership roles for their Project & Programme Services business (previously Faithful+Gould), including Managing Director for London and the South East. Over the course of three and a half years, Kevin successfully grew revenue by over 70%, and played an instrumental role in increasing headcount by focusing on client relationships, talent development, and the formation of high-performing teams.

Kevin's exceptional track record makes him the ideal choice to lead JLL's PDS business in the UK and Ireland. Kevin's role will be crucial to support clients with integrated end-to-end development services across the complete lifecycle, whilst creating valuable, sustainable spaces, buildings and cities.
