Update 2 - Public Order and Endangerment Incident, Headford Road, Galway, 10th September 2023

Gardaí arrested four more people in connection with their ongoing investigation into a public order and endangerment incident which occurred on Sunday, 10th September, 2023 in Galway City. This brings the total number of people arrested as part of this investigation to nineteen (19).

Three of the men (40s, 30s and 20s) have been charged and are now due to appear before Galway District Court on Monday morning, 18th September 2023.

A male juvenile has been released pending a referral to the Garda Youth Diversion Programme.
