Chautauqua County - The Town of Westfield, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed NYS Route 5 Water Benefit District No. 2 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the installation of approximately 23,100 foot of 12 inch and 6 inch watermain along Route 5, Persons Road, Woodlawn Drive, Hawthorne Avenue, Sycamore Lane and McKinley Road to serve approximately 64 residential, commercial and agricultural properties.. The project is located along Route 5, Persons Road, Woodlawn Drive, Hawthorne Avenue, Sycamore Lane and McKinley Road in the Town of Westfield, New York.
