Bloomberg Businessweek ranks our MBAs among the best in Canada

HEC Montréal is ranked 3rd among the best business schools in Canada for its MBA program, in Bloomberg Businessweek's Best B-Schools ranking. The School appears in the top 3 of this US-based magazine for the third consecutive year.
The Bloomberg ranking considers full-time MBA programs in 4 regions of the world (United States, Canada, Europe and Asia-Pacific), based on 4 indexes:
- Compensation (37.1%) - salary after graduation, income after a few years, placement rate after 3 months, and bonuses.
- Learning (25.4%) - practical applications of the program, emphasis on innovation, problem solving and strategic thinking, support from instructors, class size, and collaboration.
- Networking (23.9%) - quality of networks and interactions between alumni, the student community and employers, career management services, and the school's brand power according to recruiters.
- Entrepreneurship (13.6%) - quality of teaching in this subject, development of entrepreneurial skills and drive in this area.
HEC Montréal's performance was strongest for the Learning and Entrepreneurship criteria, claiming the top rank in the country.
Only 110 business schools worldwide appear in this ranking. The data came from surveys of more than 17,500 students, alumni, and recruiters, in addition to data provided by the institutions themselves.
