Clifford Chance advises Gruppo MutuiOnline on its EUR150 million acquisition of Rastreator, LeLynx and Preminen

Leading International law firm Clifford Chance has advised Gruppo MutuiOnline on the acquisition of Rastreator, LeLynx, Preminen and an IT excellence centre headquartered in India which provides services to Rastreator, LeLynx and Preminen. Rastreator (www.rastreator.com), LeLynx (www.lelynx.fr) and Preminen (www.rastreator.mx) are leading online insurance price comparison businesses in Spain, France and Mexico. The deal was agreed in August and following regulatory approval, completed in February 2023.

The team was led by Corporate insurance partner Ashley Prebble in London, who was supported by Senior Director Hilary Evenett, senior associates Nancy Li and Amy Bennett, and associate Kate Wilson.
