Travel information for the Bremen game on Friday

Borussia Dortmund will face SV Werder Bremen at SIGNAL IDUNA PARK on Friday evening (kick-off: 20:30 CET). Additional trains and unscheduled stops at the stadium will complement the scheduled transport.

Due to construction works, there is a closure on the railway line from Lüdenscheid to Dortmund Hbf. (line RB 52). This section is being served by rail replacement services - RRS - (buses). The railway line from Dortmund Hbf. to Dortmund-Hörde has been reopened for regular traffic.

Arrival

A special Eurobahn train will depart Hamm at 18:07 and stop off at Bönen, Unna, Holzwickede, Do.-Sölde, Do.-Aplerbeck and Do.-Hörde before arriving at Do.-Signal Iduna Park at 18:37.

The Regionalexpress (RE) 57 from the direction of Bestwig (via Meschede, Freienohl, Oeventrop, Arnsberg, Wickede, Fröndenberg) will make unscheduled stops at Dortmund-Hbf at 18:15, 19:15 and 20:15 on Friday. On the return journey from Do.-Hbf, the RE 57 will make unscheduled stops at Do.-Signal Iduna Park at 18:46 and 19:46.

The route from Lüdenscheid (RB 52) will be served by rail replacement services - RRS - (buses).

A new service on offer since December 2022 is the connection from Siegen (via Kreuztal, Kirchhundem, Lennestadt, Finnentrop, Plettenberg, Werdohl, Altena, Letmathe and Witten) with the Intercity (IC) 34 or the RE 34, departing from Siegen at 16:08 and arriving at Do.-Hbf at 18:04, departing from Siegen at 17:04 and arriving at Do.-Hbf at 18:57 and departing from Siegen at 18:08 and arriving at Do.-Hbf. at 20:04. On the IC 34, the local transport tariff applies and the BVB match ticket is therefore valid.

Regular services run to Do.-Hbf from the direction of Münster/Coesfeld/Lünen as well as Hamm/Kamen.

Departure

A special Eurobahn train will depart Do.-Signal Iduna Park for Paderborn at 22:50 (Do.-Hörde, Do.-Aplerbeck, Do.-Sölde, Holzwickede, Unna, Lünern, Hemmerde, Werl, Westönnen, Soest, Bad Sassendorf, Lippstadt, Dedinghausen, Ehringhausen, Geseke, Salzkotten and Schermede).

Another Eurobahn special train will travel in the direction of Hamm at 23:00 (via Do.- Hörde, Do.-Aplerbeck, Do.-Sölde, Holzwickede, Unna, Bönen).

The RE 57 will run, together with the RB 53, from Do.-Signal Iduna Park to Schwerte (via Do.-Hörde and Do.-Aplerbeck-Süd) at 22:28 and 23:28. The RE 57 will continue from Schwerte in the direction of Bestwig (via Fröndenberg, Wickede, Neheim-Hüsten, Arnsberg, Oeventrop, Freienohl and Meschede). The RB 53 will continue from Schwerte to Iserlohn (via Ergste, Hennen, Kalthof, Iserlohnerheide).

The RB 52 towards Lüdenscheid will be served by rail replacement services - RRS - (buses).

A special DB train will depart Do.-Signal Iduna Park for Coesfeld (via Do.-Hbf, Do.-Kirchderne, Do.-Derne, Preußen, Lünen, Bork, Selm, Lüdinghausen, Dülmen and Lette) at 23:05.

In addition, regular services in the direction of Hamm/Kamen and Lünen/Coesfeld/Münster will run from Do.-Hbf.
