Developed through an ACL grant, the new Older Adults' Equity Collaborative (OAEC) Resource Library collects digital materials from OAEC member organizations to provide tools, guidance, and promising practices to the aging services network, providers serving diverse communities, and older adults and family caregivers. The library offers resources on a variety of topics, including:
The OAEC is made up of five ACL-funded national Minority Aging Technical Assistance and Resource Centers (TARCs), which are housed in the following organizations:
The OAEC promotes collaboration among minority aging organizations and other ACL-funded resource centers that work with older adults and caregivers. The New York Academy of Medicine's Center for Healthy Agingis the OAEC coordinating center and facilitated the development of its resource library.
