A 46-year-old male from Bellevue, WA, was driving a Chrysler Pacifica southbound on 3300 E. A 50-year-old female from Rupert, ID, was driving a Ford Explorer eastbound on 3900 N. A 57-year-old female from Kimberly, ID, was stopped at the stop sign at 3900 N and 3300 E. The Chrysler Pacifica failed to yield the right of way, colliding with the Ford Explorer and the Subaru Crosstrek. All occupants were wearing seatbelts.
