People For the American Way Endorses Keir Bradford-Grey for Attorney General

Washington D.C. - People For the American Way announced today that it is proud to endorse Keir Bradford-Grey, former chief public defender for Montgomery County, in the Democratic primary for Pennsylvania Attorney General. If elected, she would be the first Black attorney general in Pennsylvania, and the first to have gained most of her legal experience as a public defender.

"We are excited to endorse Keir Bradford-Grey in the race for attorney general," said People For the American Way President Svante Myrick. "Throughout her career as a public defender and as head of the Defender Association of Philadelphia, she has dedicated herself to ensuring that our justice system upholds the rights of everyday Pennsylvanians. We know she will bring a much-needed perspective and rock-solid values to the attorney general's office, where she will fight for equal justice for all every day."
