Hoeven Announces $1 Million Head Start Grant to Mayville State University

WASHINGTON - Senator John Hoeven, a member of the Senate Appropriations Committee, today announced that the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has awarded $1,038,570 to Mayville State University. Today's grant, through the Office of Head Start, will be used to provide Early Head Start-Child Care Partnership services to infants, toddlers and low-income families.

'Today's grant will support continued efforts to provide important resources and services to children in the Traill County area as they prepare for early education,' said Hoeven.
