Officers Conduct Recreational Vehicle Enforcement in Jamaica Plain

At about 11:00 AM, on Tuesday, September 17th, 2024, Officers assigned to District E-13 (Jamaica Plain) and the Auto Theft Task Force conducted recreational vehicle enforcement in Egleston Sq., Jamaica Plain.

As a result of this enforcement, Officers seized and towed 13 unregistered mopeds for various violations of motor vehicle laws and parking violations.

The Boston Police Department would like to remind everyone that Off Highway Vehicles must be registered with a number plate and expiration decal displayed and properly insured. Officers throughout the city are strictly enforcing these laws and will continue to address community complaints.
