LVMH · April 30, 2024 LIVE – L’Institut des Vocations pour l’Emploi – opens fifth campus in Reims, bringing its support capacity to over 550 people

Inaugurated on April 29 during a ceremony attended by French First Lady Brigitte Macron, Minister for Labour, Health and Solidarities, Catherine Vautrin, French interministerial delegate for the fight against racism, antisemitism and anti-LGBT hatred, Olivier Klein, Mayor of Reims, Arnaud Robinet, CEO of LVMH, Bernard Arnault, LVMH Executive Vice President, Human Resources & Synergies, Chantal Gaemperle and CEO of Moët Hennessy, Philippe Schaus, the new REIMS campus of LIVE - L'Institut des Vocations pour l'Emploi - expands the coverage of the program in France. This new campus in the Champagne region has special resonance for LVMH since it is the birthplace of many Group Maisons and a commitment to equal opportunities and inclusion, a societal reflection of the Group's human resources approach.

Created by Brigitte Macron in 2019 alongside LVMH, LIVE campuses welcome adults over the age of 25 to help them pursue a vocational project after long periods of unemployment or personal difficulties. The institute supports them as they get back on a path to employment.

The LIVE educational program is overseen by a committee of prominent experts in employment, education and equal opportunities. LIVE courses both consolidate previous knowledge and enable participants to acquire new knowledge, letting them regain confidence in their abilities and further develop their skills. A non-profit organization, the association is chaired by Brigitte Macron and Olivier Théophile, Director of Social Responsibility at LVMH, is its Managing Director.
