Legal conference 'A 30 anni dal Testo unico bancario (1993-2023): the test of time'

The Bank of Italy and the 'Associazione dei Docenti di Diritto dell'Economia' (Association of Law and Economics Lecturers) have organized a conference entitled 'A 30 anni dal Testo unico bancario (1993-2023): the test of time' on 11-12 December, to mark the thirtieth anniversary of the Consolidated Law on Banking (TUB).

The event will provide an opportunity to reflect on banking regulation in light of several factors of change, such as the interaction between national and European law, the growing digitalization and the focus on sustainability.

The first day of the event will be hosted by the Bank of Italy in the Carlo Azeglio Ciampi Conference Centre (via Nazionale 190, Rome). The second day will be held at Roma Tre University (via Silvio D'Amico 77), as per the attached programme.
