STUDIOCANAL Closes Worldwide Deals On STORYTELLERS & DUTCH FILM WORKS Action Thriller INVASION

STUDIOCANAL has closed worldwide deals on Storytellers & DUTCH FILMWORKS action thriller INVASION. WELL GO USA has acquired all North American rights to the film, with STUDIOCANAL also closing Germany, Italy, Spain, Poland, Japan, South Korea and Taiwan.

Director Bobby Boermans (Mocro Maffia, Goldon Hour) reunites with STORYTELLERS having collaborated on drama series High-Flyers teaming up with The Royal Dutch Airforce. Boermans and STORYTELLERS now bring INVASION to audiences worldwide with the support of The Royal Dutch Navy delivering the very best action to the big screen.

INVASION stars Tarikh Janssen, Jasha Rudge, Ortál Vriend, Gijs Blom, Gijs Scholten van Aschat, Raymond Thiry and Fedja van Huêt. Written by Philip Delmaar and Lucas de Waard from an idea by Errol Nayci (Storytellers). Nayci produces the feature.

Without any warning, a neighbouring dictatorship attacks Curaçao and Aruba. Politicians in The Hague are bewildered. As the conflict rapidly escalates, three young marines must step up and take action. The barracks in Aruba are under fire and the airspace is closed, but the Dutch ambassador is yet to be evacuated from hostile territory. The marines rescue mission has become a race against time.
