Renewal Includes New Episodes of Giada Entertains, Giada's Holiday Handbook, Ultimate Thanksgiving Challenge and Additional Short-Form Video Content
NEW YORK - August 14, 2019 - Giada De Laurentiis has signed a new multi-year deal with Food Network, it was announced today by Courtney White, President, Food Network. The new agreement consists of projects in primetime, daytime, and cross-platform including new episodes of Giada Entertains, as well as seasonal favorites Giada's Holiday Handbook and Ultimate Thanksgiving Challenge, and additional short-form video content. The Emmy® Award-winning De Laurentiis has been a beloved member of the Food Network family since premiering on air with Everyday Italian, in which she showcased delicious Italian dishes for every occasion. She has provided immeasurable recipe and entertaining inspiration to fans throughout the years, earning additional accolades along the way, including in such series as the Emmy Award-winning Giada at Home, and the Emmy Award-nominated Giada Entertains and Giada in Italy to name just a few. She has also co-hosted primetime competition Food Network Star, hosted Winner Cake All, and has been featured in numerous holiday specials and guest appearances. Pre-production is currently underway for the new seasons of Ultimate Thanksgiving Challenge and Giada's Holiday Handbook, both of which are planned to premiere in Q4, with the new season of Giada Entertains slated to return in 2020.
