Rowlett Communications Center will be celebrating National Public Safety Telecommunicator Week from Sunday, April 14-Saturday, April 20. This week is dedicated to honoring the men and women of 9-1-1 who tirelessly serve our community by answering emergency calls, dispatching Law, Fire, and EMS, and providing life-saving assistance to those in need.

Our Telecommunicators are a dedicated group committed to serving our community, and we want to make this week special for them. Each year, our Telecommunicators receive small tokens or gifts from our center and local responders, along with food and drinks as a special thanks.
