H.E. Say Sam Al, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Land Management, Urban Planning, and Construction (MLUPC) and H.E. Dr. Serey Chea, Governor of the National Bank of Cambodia (NBC) presided over the "Inauguration ceremony of Data Access Collaboration between Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning, and Construction and Credit Bureau (Cambodia) Co., Ltd." on December 12, 2024 at Institute for Banking Studies.

This property verification will allow banks and financial institutions (BFIs) extract property report as basis to analyze and assess prior granting loan to individual and company. BFIs are able to receive immediate report of a property's condition such as owner, renting records and hypotheque via digital process.

This provision of property verification services on the Credit Bureau Cambodia Co., Ltd. (CBC) website is a collaboration between the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction, the National Bank of Cambodia, Credit Bureau (Cambodia) Co., Ltd., and FunGi Co.,Ltd.
