Amkor Technology Receives “IMAPS 2021 Corporate Recognition Award”

Amkor Technology is proud to receive the IMAPS 2021 Corporate Recognition Award. This award recognizes significant technical contributions to the microelectronics industry while demonstrating support of the IMAPS organization through member participation, sponsorships and educational foundation contributions. Amkor's Curtis Zwenger, VP - Advanced SiP Product Development, accepted the award during the IMAPS 2021 opening ceremony held on Tuesday, October 12 in San Diego, California.
