Negative Declaration

St. Lawrence County - The Ogdensburg City School District, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Capital Improvements Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves site development of 9 acres, reconstruction, renovations and improvements to Ogdensburg Free Academy, 1100 State Street, Ogdensburg, Golden Dome, 1100 State Street, Ogdensburg, and John F. Kennedy Elementary, 801 Park Street, Ogdensburg; site development of 1 acre, reconstruction, renovations, improvements and an addition (under 2,000 square foot) to Grant C. Madill Elementary School, 800 Jefferson Avenue, Ogdensburg; acquisition of 28.06 acres at 5952 State Highway 812 in the Town of Oswegatchie NY, site development of 4 acres and construction of a New Transportation Facility (approximately 8,000 square foot) for servicing the District's 13 bus fleet & administration. The project is located in the City of Ogdensburg, New York.
