The message reads, in part:

"I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the warm reception and hospitality extended to me and the Russian delegation in Ulaanbaatar. I was delighted to celebrate the 85^th anniversary of our shared victory on the Khalkhin Gol River with our Mongolian friends.

The talks we held were highly informative and productive. I am confident that the implementation of the bilateral agreements we have reached will further strengthen the comprehensive strategic partnership between Russia and Mongolia. I look forward to continuing our constructive dialogue and productive joint work."
