Seneca County - The Town of Fayette Town Board,, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Modified Land Use Regulations will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves an amendment of the Town of Fayette Land Use Regulations, addressing bed and breakfast inn, vacation rentals, campgrounds, major solar collection system or solar farm, dock setback requirements in Lakeshore and Canal District, maximum dock length, maximum capacity of the property that is served by a private septic system, and description of
convenience stores in the Hamlet District. The project is located throughout the Town of Fayette, New York.
