The Malin chooses 1515 as first Texas location

AUSTIN, Nov. 29, 2023 - JLL announced today that The Malin, a members-only coworking club, has signed a 12,123 square-foot lease at 1515 Cesar Chavez, the Class A boutique office building in East Austin. Scheduled for a grand opening in summer 2024, this new office space marks The Malin's much-anticipated debut in the Texas market, offering an innovative workspace designed to accommodate 28 dedicated desks, 10 private offices and four meeting rooms.

JLL's Brent Powdrill, Bethany Perezand Kevin Kimbroughrepresented the landlord. HPI's Casey Casper and Kendall King represented the tenant.

Additionally, 1515 Cesar Chavez offers ground-floor retail, state-of-the-art technology, showers, private outdoor terraces, an underground parking garage, bicycle storage, 24/7 security and a highly competitive load factor, ensuring the most efficient use of space. Spec suites ranging from 5,000 to 16,000 square feet are currently under construction and will be available on the second floor starting June 2024.
