Senate Bill 717, PN 817 (Bartolotta) - The legislation amends the Environmental Hearing Board Act of 1988 to provide clarity regarding permit appeals.
Senate Bill 718, PN 818 (Bartolotta) - The legislation amends the Environmental Hearing Board Act of 1988 to decrease terms for the Environmental Hearing Board's membership.
Senate Bill 765, PN 906 (Langerholc) - The legislation establishes in statute a minimum temperature for cremations at 1600 degrees. This legislation also modernizes and properly defines the language of the Cremation guidelines that date back to 1891.
Senate Resolution 139, PN 897 (Mensch/Kane) - A Resolution urging the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to exercise the waiver authority in Clean Air Act Section 211(o)(7)(A)(i) to reduce nationwide Renewable Fuel Standard ('RFS') volume mandates to provide relief to refiners in Pennsylvania, the East Coast and elsewhere, and to implement additional reforms going forward, which will allow for the blending of renewable fuels consistent with the original intention of the RFS program, while containing costs for independent refiners.
