Re: Supplementary Immediate Report - Claim regarding the debt of Eurocom Communications Ltd. (in liquidation)

Further to the Company's immediate reports regarding liquidation of Eurocom Communications Ltd. and the joining of the Company as a creditor in the liquidation procedure regarding the amount that the Company paid Eurocom DBS Ltd. as a contingent advance under the agreement for acquisition of Eurocom DBS shares in the Company's subsidiary, DBS Satellite Services (1998) Ltd. (Immediate Reports of December 24, 2017, January 31, 2018, and April 22, 2018, a Supplementary Immediate Report is hereby issued that on December 14, 2022, the Company received a ruling on the Company's debt claim from Eurocom Communications Ltd. (in liquidation), dismissing the Company's claims and demands regarding the debt.

The Company is studying the ruling and assessing the option of appeal.

It should be noted that in the Company's reports for 2018, the write-off of the entire debt balance was completed, such that the ruling is not expected to affect the Company's results.
