On February 21, 2024, Lanesha T. Minnix tendered her resignation as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Ecolab Inc. (the "Company"), in order to accept a position as chief legal officer at another publicly traded company. Ms. Minnix will continue in her current role until her departure on April 1, 2024. Ms. Minnix's resignation is not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
