The jubilee, 10th Bug Future Show by Bug and Hrvatski Telekom breaks records

• After two years, the Bug Future Show is held live again, in Zagreb's Mozaik event center
• The most extensive show so far has a third stream dedicated to developers
• Hrvatski Telekom is a partner of the largest tech spectacle in Croatia for the tenth year in a row

The jubilee 10th Bug Future Show gathered a record number of five thousand visitors at the Mozaik Center in Zagreb on February 2. Under the Perfect Ten motto, organized by the tech magazine Bug and the main partner Hrvatski Telekom, new technology trends and awarded technology ideas were presented at the show.

After two online editions, the Bug Future Show is again held live with local and foreign lecturers, who take the audience through new trends and other current tech events through panels, workshops, and discussions. Lectures for developers are a novelty. The program is the richest and most diverse so far. It took place on three stages for the first time, with accompanying exhibitions of products and solutions in front of the halls.

"Every year, Hrvatski Telekom offers new ways of using technology, allowing users quick access to more things they love. Innovations, technological progress, and enabling opportunities that digitalization provides are what we have been promoting at the biggest Croatian technological spectacle for ten years. Hrvatski Telekom has been a partner of the biggest tech spectacle in Croatia since day one. We are glad that we have been sharing successful practices with our ICT community for a decade," said Bojan Mušćet, editor of digital content at Hrvatski Telekom.

The special guest of the jubilee Bug Future Show was Tim Stevens, former tech editor of many influential American IT media, from Engadget to Cnet, and today a freelancer. He presented ten technology trends that should be followed in the next ten months because they bring significant changes - from cryptocurrencies to autonomous vehicles. His specialty is electric cars, and during his stay in Croatia, he will test the Rimac Nevera. He explained his experiences in a conversation with Mata Rimec.

There was also a discussion on artificial intelligence. Exciting aspects of AI development were presented by Ivan Runje (Hrvatski Telekom), Jan Šnajder (FER), Marko Velić (Photomath), and Ivan Voras (Surove strasti podcast).

The state of IT in Croatia and questions such as whether we really are super talents of tech entrepreneurship were discussed at the conference. Other topics will also be covered: ways to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, machine learning, the educational system in Croatia, etc.
