On 28 March 2024, the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) imposed an administrative fine amounting to 62,000 euros on Neon Equity AG.
The sanction related to a breach of Article 19 (1) of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR). The company Neon Equity AG that is closely associated to a person discharging managerial responsibilities at an issuer had failed to submit a notification of an own account transaction within the prescribed period.
The company may lodge an appeal against the administrative fine order.
