Sculptor Diversified Real Estate Income Trust, Inc. (the "Company") was not able to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2024 (the "Form 10-Q") by the prescribed deadline of 5:30 p.m. (ET) on May 15, 2024 without unreasonable effort or expense due to a software issue related to XBRL tagging that was not resolved until after the filing deadline. The Form 10-Q was filed on May 15, 2024 after the prescribed deadline and is currently available on the Securities and Exchange Commission's website at www.sec.gov.
