Lincoln Woods Barracks

On May 2 at 12:03 AM, Troopers arrested Carlos Ramos, age 35, of 33 Salmon Street Apt. #2 Providence, Rhode Island for a Family Court Reciprocal Body Attachment for a Non-Criminal Charge. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Smith Street in the City of Providence. Ramos was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and transported to the Adult Correctional Institution Men's Intake Center.
