Windlass Digging Machine Achieves Remote, Centralized Data Monitoring at Shendong’s Daliuta Mine

The MB670-1 windlass boring machine of Shendong Coal's Daliuta coal mine recently succeeded in collecting data from the electric control box through wireless transmission mode through the 5G base station and 5G gateway CPE, and completed the data synchronization of the production control platform.

The coal mine's intelligent operation and maintenance team joined hands with the second anchor digging team and installed a CPE device near the electric control box of the windlass digger, through which the digger's data was wirelessly transmitted to the 5G base station, connected to the coal mine's ethernet, and then transmitted to the data acquisition server to achieve data synchronization with the production control platform. In order to solve the problem of signal instability, the coal mine optimized the line laying and 5G base station location during the debugging process more than once, and finally realized data synchronization on the production control platform.

The intelligent upgrade of data transmission greatly facilitates the on-site personnel and related ground operators to acquire information about the operation and data transmission of the windlass digger in a real-time manner.
