On March 28, 2024, Mr. Alexandre Ruberti notified Celsius Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") that he is resigning from the Company's Board of Directors (the "Board"), effective immediately, for personal reasons. Mr. Ruberti's seat on the Board will remain vacant until the Board determines whether to fill the seat and a successor candidate is identified.
